Course Content

The Level 4 course covers an extensive list of modern day topics and includes debating in BSL, plus a more in depth look at the linguistics. Students will need to understand and present information, both individually and also as part of a group. For more details of the course content, please check the specification.

Course Length

This course runs for roughly one academic year. The course will consist of 150 taught hours, 3 hours per week, plus 50 hours of self-study during the year.

Course Cost

The standard full course tuition fee is only £705 plus an extra £176* in (optional) exam fees. DFLtd also offers the option of paying in monthly instalments over 3, 4 or 6 months.

*Exam fees are set by awarding body; their 2024/25 fees have not been published yet so these may increase slightly.

Additional Costs

Learners will be expected to purchase resources for their coursework file.

How to enrol

Acceptance onto the course requires an informal assessment undertaken with the course lead. There is no charge for the assessment.
